About Lineflow
Lineflow turns the crowd at a counter into a calm, fair digital line. Customers scan a QR code, get a ticket on their phone, and wait wherever they like — while staff call the next person from any device and everyone sees the queue move in real time.
Why we built it
Paper ticket machines are expensive, single-purpose hardware; crowded waiting rooms are stressful for customers and staff alike. We wanted the opposite: something a clinic, salon, pharmacy or service desk can set up in five minutes with nothing but a printed QR poster and the devices they already own.
What we care about
- No friction — customers never install an app or create an account.
- Privacy by default — joining works anonymously, personal details are optional and erased automatically after the visit (GDPR by design, hosted in the EU).
- Speed — phones, TV displays and the dashboard update in under a second.
- Every language at the counter — 8 languages, auto-detected per customer.
