What is Lineflow?
Lineflow is a cloud-based queue management system. Customers scan a QR code to join a digital queue and follow their place live on their phone, while staff call the next customer from any phone, tablet or computer.
Do my customers need to install an app?
No. Scanning the QR code opens the queue straight in the phone's browser — no app, no account, and joining works without giving a name or phone number.
How much does Lineflow cost?
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial — no card required. After that, Starter is €39/month, Growth €59/month and Pro €129/month, with about two months free when billed annually.
What hardware do I need?
None. Print the QR poster and run the queue from any phone, tablet or computer. Optionally, show the live queue on any TV with a browser using a single URL.
Which languages does Lineflow support?
Eight: Swedish, English, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, German, French and Polish. The customer's language is detected automatically and can be switched at any time.
Is Lineflow GDPR compliant?
Lineflow is built for the EU. Customers can join anonymously, names and phone numbers are optional, and personal data is erased automatically when the visit ends or the ticket is abandoned.
We're a seasonal business — can we pause?
Yes. Cancel when the season ends and your queue pauses: your queues, QR codes and settings stay, and everything opens again the day you subscribe again. Old visit records are deleted after your plan's normal retention period.
Can we use Lineflow for an event, festival or food truck?
Yes. Food trucks and pop-ups can take a monthly plan and cancel when the season or event is over. Running a festival or a bigger event with several stands? Email sales@lineflow.se and we'll put together a fixed price for your event.
Do we get receipts for our bookkeeping?
Yes. We take card payments, and every payment gets a receipt with VAT and our VAT number. Download them any time under Settings → Subscription → Receipts. They're also emailed after every payment.
