What is Lineflow?
Lineflow is a cloud-based queue management system. Customers scan a QR code to join a digital queue and follow their place live on their phone, while staff call the next customer from any phone, tablet or computer.
Do my customers need to install an app?
No. Scanning the QR code opens the queue straight in the phone's browser — no app, no account, and joining works without giving a name or phone number.
How much does Lineflow cost?
There is a free plan with one active queue. Paid plans are Starter at €19/month, Growth at €49/month and Pro at €129/month, with about two months free when billed annually. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial — no card required.
What hardware do I need?
None. Print the QR poster and run the queue from any phone, tablet or computer. Optionally, show the live queue on any TV with a browser using a single URL.
Which languages does Lineflow support?
Eight: Swedish, English, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, German, French and Polish. The customer's language is detected automatically and can be switched at any time.
Is Lineflow GDPR compliant?
Lineflow is built for the EU. Customers can join anonymously, names and phone numbers are optional, and personal data is erased automatically when the visit ends or the ticket is abandoned.
