Pricing questions
- Is the Free plan really free?
- Yes. The Free plan stays free and supports up to 50 live entries in a queue at once. No credit card required to start.
- What counts as a "live entry"?
- Anyone currently waiting or being served. Once they leave the line, they no longer count toward your limit — so a busy day with high turnover is fine on Free.
- Can I change plans later?
- Anytime. Upgrade or downgrade from your billing settings; changes take effect immediately and are prorated.
- Do my customers pay anything?
- Never. Customers join your queue from their phone for free — there is nothing to install and no account to create.
